Hi! My name is Daniel, I work in Ec flowers for 2 years now. When I started I remember it was very difficult to talk to potential customers, I was scared, afraid, worried or even disappointed at myself that I would do a good job. I saw Ralph and Paul speaking to their customers like they were talking to friends, or even better family! I remember saying, I want that!
A few months I started, Covid was already a thing to be worry worldwide, so I started working from home. Sometimes I felt sad for not being in the office and interacting with other people I like to spend time with.
I tried taking to all my customers thru the week, besides business we started talking about our own lives and the situation we were all going thru, some people were going thru harder things than others, but all of them (and me included) always had a happy attitude and wanted to share their life stories.
That’s when I started to have this amazing bond with a lot of them, and thinking “it would be hard not to talk to them about their lives today”.
All of them were and are important in my life, I have laughed, talked to for hours or even cried, but every single one of them has a special place on my heart, and I can’t imagine anymore how my life would be without talking to them a single day.
