Refund and Returns Policy

OVER VIEW
Our refund policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since you receive your flowers, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
REFUND
If your flower shipment does not meet your satisfaction, please contact EC Flowers and More immediately after opening your boxes at (305) 239-9133 and email us at sales@ecflowers.us You must communicate any complaints written, by email and including digital pictures indicating all the flowers within 48 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in your claim not being accepted, and no refund will be granted. To process your claim, we will request digital pictures of each damaged stem, label of the bunch, label of the box and/or the return of all products for quality inspection. Please note that we do not guarantee color tone matches as flowers are a natural product that varies in color from season to season.
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for flowers. EC Flowers is not liable for products mishandled by clients. Customers must be knowledgeable on flower care.
RETURNS
Because flowers are a perishible product, we dont offer returns.
