How we ship our products?
EC Flowers & More at the moment we only ship to main land United States and Hawaii. We have several ways to get your flowers to your door on time and in the best condition.
We ship our products at the moment with FedEx and UPS.
How do we receive payments?
We accept all mayor credit cards at the moment and wire transfer directly to our accounts.
Return & Refund Policy
Even though we try our best for you to receive the greatest quality of flowers, flowers are perishables, so sometimes things don’t go the best way. On those cases we take care of the situation. Because of the nature of the flowers, we don’t accept returns. For refunds, please send us all the information to sales@ecuadorflowersandmore.com or call us on (305) 239-9133. We may ask you for some information and pictures so we can track were the problem was. All refund must be sent 7 days after the flowers are received
